Dr. Jacques Goulet, Oral and maxillofacial surgeon
Dr. Jacques Goulet is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery who graduated from Laval University in 2003 and has been a Fellow of the Royal College of Canada ever since. He later underwent specialized training in nerve microsurgery at the Jackson Memorial Hospital of the University of Miami. Dr. Goulet has installed several thousand dental implants during his 15 years of practice at a success rate of 99.5%. He regularly gives lectures at various dental societies throughout Québec. Every year, he contributes to various international congresses on maxillofacial surgery and implantology. Dr. Goulet employs the latest technologies to provide patients with reliable, safe, and cost-effective treatments. He practices intravenous sedation and general anesthesia in both office and hospital settings.
He is currently the head of the maxillofacial surgery department at Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Jérôme. A true innovator, Dr. Jacques Goulet is the first surgeon in Quebec to have ever performed implant surgery using the Nobel Biocare Trefoil system.

Dre. Louise Goulet, Dentist
Hailing from Chambly, Dr. Goulet obtained her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Université de Montréal in 1995 and was received by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada that same year.
From 1997 to 2006, Dr. Lyesse Goulet worked at the Centre de Santé Sainte-Famille in Ville-Marie, Témiscamingue. Her involvement at the hospital focused primarily on providing care under general anesthesia to children and adults who were too anxious to visit the dentist. During this time, Dr. Goulet also offered dental care to elderly people who had lost autonomy and were living in residential and long-term care centers. Furthermore, she was part of the hospital’s evaluation committee for medical, dental and pharmaceutical policies, where, as secretary of the committee, she actively participated in the monitoring of protocols for end-of-life and emergency patients.
In conjunction with her commitment to hospital service, Dr. Goulet continues to practice in a private setting where she rapidly gained first-rate professional experience.
Since 2004, Dr. Goulet has been perfecting her skills in implantology. Her training and experience allow her to offer patients the latest techniques in order to improve their oral comfort as well as their appearance.

A Chambly native, Dr. François Duchesne obtained his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Université de Montréal and was received by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada. Known for his community engagement with underprivileged youth, he was presented with an honorary award from the Société Dentaire de Montréal in 2013 in recognition of his work with street youth through his partnership with the Clinique Dentaire du CLSC des Faubourgs. Along with his advanced training in all fields of dentistry, Dr. Duchesne has completed training in teeth restoration using CADCAM-E4D technology, allowing him to install cosmetic ceramic crowns in a single appointment.
Furthermore, he is highly skilled in the use of Alloderm, a tissue regeneration technology that enables him to correct receding gums without having to harvest tissue from the mucous membranes of the palate. Dr. François Duchesne is a member of the Ordre des Dentistes du Québec and the Association des Chirurgiens-Dentistes du Québec.

Moreover, Dr. Leblanc possesses Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) accreditation, equipping her to work on the frontlines with patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions. She also took part in implant restorative treatments with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery team at the Montreal General Hospital.

Dr. Francis Tassé, Dentist
Following the completion of his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the Université de Montréal in 2011, Dr. Tassé completed two years of multidisciplinary residency training: one at the Montefiore Medical Center and another at Columbia University’s New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City (NYC). He subsequently completed a one-year internship in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center affiliated with New York University. During his three years of residency in NYC, Dr. Tassé provided general dentistry in a hospital setting to individuals suffering from serious health problems. He has also developed his expertise in oral surgery, in both the extraction of wisdom teeth and implantology. Additionally, Dr. Tassé has completed training in anesthesia, allowing him to provide his patients with treatment under intravenous sedation.
Dr. Tassé is passionate about a variety of topics related to surgery, implantology, and sedation dentistry, both intravenous and oral. He is a keynote speaker and instructor at the Académie Dentaire Multidisciplinaire where he teaches conscious sedation by nitrous oxide and oral sedation to dentists and their staff. Dr.Tassé is a member of the Ordre des Dentistes du Québec and the Association des Chirurgiens-Dentistes du Québec.

She has since broadened her expertise in the field of implantology and can offer you a variety of implant-supported prostheses. She can also manufacture and repair conventional removable prostheses. Whether it is for a consultation, custom design or repair of dental prostheses, her professionalism will amaze you.
